Had a runin with it tonight, im using the latest MSN so im not sure if it affects other versions - basically whoever you are talking to will start sending you links that are similar to " http://www.coolkid1.sytes.net/pictures?php(your email address)", and will say 'it's you!'.
Whatever you do, dont click on these links! Your contact is not sending them to you - they dont even know they're there, so be careful about what links you accept from the people you talk to.
