Default converting older cars

hi, just wondered. ive been doing some researching about converting your older cars to run on water as a supplement to reduce emissions. can yous please give me more information on converting a car to run on water, i need information on the following.

1. what parts are needed

2. how to convert it to run on water.

3. diy plans.

is there anything else i can fit to a older car eg a v series dunnydore and x and e series fords. if so how do i go about fitting and what can i fit to older cars.
