Default Low, But No High

Hey Guys,

Got a small problem with my AU.

Low beams work fine.
But High's are a no go, weather you pull back to flash or flick forward for highs on
Started off intermittent, would loose both for a sec flicking up to highs

I replaced the 30A breaker in the under bonnet fuse box, No difference.
The light stick near the steering wheel appears fine.

Does anyone know of another place where it may fault ?

I know electrics can be a lottery, Help please im stuck :
