My wife rang me yesterday to say she had no headlights. I was at work. Checked it out this morning. Thought it would be too much of a coincidence for both to go so checked fuses first. Discovered left and right side are fused separately so would be even more rare to blow 2 fuses at the same time.
Checked bulbs and sure enough, both blown. A google search shows its not as rare as I'd thought. Still, it doesn't mean there isn't an underlying problem. Has anyone else had any issues with their focus headlights? Or anything that can cause them to blow at the same time? I'll put it down to just coincidence but thought I'd ask the question just in case. No other issues with the car. Globes were likely original so 12 years old. Hope the next set last that long.
