cmon pples are there any comments on this, i want to try and solve this problem i have, i believe the condesor is the cause, i have an eb 4l, with powerdyne blower on it, i cannot fit bigger radiator, i have replaced radiator with brand new one, i have 1 12inch fan on engine side(driverside) pulling air through radiator, as i cannot fit another fan on passenger side, i have another same fan on condenser side (passanger side, pushing air through, now the problem is, when the a/c is on and it is 30+ degrees outside, and your in stop start traficc the condensor gets so hot even with fans working it puts heat onto radiator, and as the water is not flowing enough it heats up, and by the time it gets into the engine it is like over 100 degrees, so the temp gauge rises to the last bar line and a/c shuts off, there must be a fix without removing a/c, any comments

something else is wrong imho, i've had the condensors so full of oil and leaves (from leaking trans coolers) that no air could get thru it and although the A/C didnt get ice cold, the car didn't over heat.. What is the A/C like, cold, cool or ambient?

What is the water pump like? Do you run shrouds on your fans?

so the air flowing thru is cold enough for the A/C to work but not to keep the water cool enough in the rad.. With the radiant heat of a car running hot you usually find the A/C is the first to suffer...

How long since the radiator had a flush or reco?

the radiator is 2months old, and it was flushed when i replaced it, it has to be the condesor, it is so hot, pushing hot air onto radiator, boiling the water.

Rollin is right, its definately related to the current fan setup you have.

why can you not fit half an EL fan setup on the drivers side? post a pic of your engine bay, showing the space you have between crank and radiator etc...
