I'm going to do something quite funny and different this time with some of the pics, keep an eye out for another thread about this cruise within the next day or two

The other car pics will be up in god knows when, I have just under 400 this time to sift through :(

Well I had a great time cruising, Thanks to Karl and John and the usual people for planning it all everything went smoothly with no incidents. Weather was great (even though I'm sunburnt). Looking forward to seeing more photos... I didn't take any myself.

Yeah I was there... Just finished the work christmas party and thought I'd join in on the convoy on the way back... That was my own mini-meeting spot.

The organisers did a spot-on job and there were no behaviour issues (unless Alex's photography counts? ). All my ideas for a Victorian restructure are going to be put on the backburner - this event showed how it should be done. We'll see how things go from here.

I wasn't really expecting to take the Laser (hasn't been washed in probably months, etc) but it was a lot of fun in the end. It only needs the brakes applied for very tight corners so wasn't at a disadvantage next to the Falcons with double the power. That said, it's all been much needed motivation to get the EA rolling again and return to regular cruising.

Today was a credit to both organisers and cruisers. Keep it up guys.

Haha. That's why I didn't take any driving pics. And I was obviously going too fast for your photography in my high-performance EA! :

Thanks for that Mick! That EA was hilarious. Surely it had to have been done as a joke.

Maybe if they got rid of the semi-perspex bonnet, the holographic flames, the paint-overspray and changed the interior from the brown with blue inserts to samething a little more tasteful, then it might have the possibility of looking nice. Also those badges on the back look shocking, particularily the Tickford badge on the reversing light.

What a great cruise! Cheers to all of the organisers, especially Karl for making it so good. The cruise route was well chosen and the locations were good as well. Behaviour was exceptional, this is the way it should be. On a personal note, I want to take the opportunity to thank Karl and Scott for fixing my car. I thought my idle problem was something major but Karl found the problem within 10 seconds of me opening the bonnet. It now runs like a dream. Thanks guys!

For the whole day I racked up 482km at an average of 10.4l/100k so I'm pretty happy with that. I've got a few pictures that I'll post later, but they're similar to ones that have already been posted.

Bring on GOR '06
