There's also EF gutter rails and and front windscreen surrounds, but we used original EA seals. There's a bit less wind noise but the car's generally a LOT quieter. A lot of road noise has been cut out and my noisy old central locking motors were replaced with better condition ones which were already in the doors, and the locking noise is a lot quieter.

Just have to deaden the boot now!

Also, I really need to offload the old ED GLi interior and panels. I'll offer the WHOLE interior for like $15 and all the panels besides boot for like $10. That's 4 doors, 4 guards, a bonnet, a front bar and other shit for $10. I also have a full set of shockers and springs from a Police pack (20mm lower than standard) which I want to get rid of.

If anyone's interested in anything let me know! My garage is a fricken mess.

They're all painted and that just have to get some chrome stripping made up for them again and buy the Ford stuff for the bars, then I'll stick 'em on.

I don't know what to do now! Stick EF stockies at all corners and save till April for wheels or sell the turbo kit and buy them now...decisions decisions!!! Shouldn't look bad with stockies but, I saw BADABZ in the city a while ago (acid rush EA) with stockies and that look nucken futs. Might take another coupla coils off the rear as well, too high.

So much stuff to do, but it's all worth it!

Yeah that's kind of along the lines of what I was thinking only I would buy a stock AU/BA motor (from a wreck I'd buy) and trans and slap them in, but that would be a long time from now.

Moving on, how's this for before and after:

BEFORE

AFTER

I must say I'm very impressed, looks real sweet, it must be very satisfying to have done it all yaself aswell.

Now I'm left wondering whether or not I should update the colour of my car when it comes time to respray, all these awesome colours out there now is making it really confusing.

That's easy. You convert to power windows That's the only solution I've been able to come up with, and the reason I still have GL door trims in the rear. I'll put power windows in eventually.
Sunny: I still can't believe how good that looks.
What condition are the ed doors in? Straight, no dents? Bonnet the same? If so, send me a PM. I can get the van from work and come up next week sometime. Also probably the springs and shocks, and I do still want that rack.

Nah that's a photo from when it just go home, the garnish and all that are done along with the windows as youse can see from the other photos :P

Spope, they are my old panels. They have small dents here and there but the bonnet is probably beyond repair. You may be able to fix the doors and that up but, bogging aint that hard! It's all yours free if you can take it all. I'll throw in EF window linings and door soundproofing.

FPVWEPN, that's a problem I had in my old car. Might need to upgrade to ED door trims or something lol. I don't think they have the ashtray?!? I have front power windows that I should chuck in, but the f*ed factor is a bit low.

Once again , That is one top job, stunned!!!!!! I particularly like the idea of spraying the key lol ;)

IMO i reckon you should buy two 18" s and put stockies on the back, until youve got enough funds to buy the other two..... ;)

Got me self a sick Preston Diffs sticker...finally, going on the window tomorrow. I'll try get some stockies happening by tomorrow night as well and get the bumpers adjusted. Paint should be dry enough to do that.

Panels are white and they are EA sorry, not that there's any difference besides intrusion bars. They'll need a bit of bog but should fix up sweet, my new one's needed some but they came up swoit.

Sunny: Dents are fine, easy to get out. Ripples are a lot more difficult, that's what's on 2 of my doors. I'd want white ones anyway, white is so damn easy to paint over. However, I won't actually need them for a few months, so I would just store them, so Rob, if you've got an immediate use for them, go for it.

Yeah it's got all the mirrors and handles on it, go to page 1 or 2 I think Silencer.

As of tonight the bar's are all FT'ed up and I've ordered some chrome sticker stuff for the windstrips. I'm also buying the stuff for the bars from TUFED6 on Wednesday. I'll get a pic with all that stuff on it and some EF steelies.

Wheels will hopefully be on in time for AFD.

Oh, and I also got a Preston Diffs sticker for the rear window

dont sell the turbo kit sunny, It was too cheap to get rid of, Ill give you another ride in my car now that we fixed the boost problem and you will change your mind. A turbo 4.0 will shit all over a worked NA AU/BA engine. Do you still want me to bring those stockies around?
