Hi all,
Getting the solenoid and valve body work done on the tranny on Saturday. The gear changes (kickdowns) are getting a little clunkier and I want the smoothness that I get in the wagon. Going to Fluidrive, price is $440. How does that fare? Cheers, GK

probably not too bad, i've never had it done before, but i would guess this would include a service ie fluid change. slightly off topic, sorry GK, does anyone know a rough price of an auto trans filter kit?

the exact price on a auto trans filter kits is $30. thats from thompsons spare parts and repco

hey guys with the shift kit. how much $$$ and where in qld is best place to get it done. What would be better, too get the shift kit or just straight for the 5 spd manual

depends what you really want i guess...personally i would say get a shift kit and a hi stall convertor, depending on mods probably a 2500-2800rpm one, then you can have quick launches and fast shifts at the same time, time after time
