Hey guys, chasing opinions on what you reckon the following would be worth (to the right buyer, as in how much would you ask?).
93 ED XR6, Powerflow Supercharger (189rwkw @ 6psi), Intercooled, year old 5 speed manual, 17" Advanti Rims, stage 4 cam, headwork, BB manifold, stereo, 30,000k old engine, electric thermos, pacemakers, 2.5" exhaust and more. Have stepped into a BF XR8, so the poor old ED has to go. Cheers all. |

Tough call, depends what state you are in. In Vic squat all as you wont be able to register it AFAIK. But in QLD (and maybe NSW) you can get mod plates that allow registration. Apparently that is changing too.
So anywhere from $8-12k IMO. Actually if it was in Vic, I would advertise the car as supercharged and tell the owner that you can organise getting it through RWC, then putting the charger stuff back on once all the paper work is cleared.

Much prefer to sell whole, but if I have to, the blower and cooler could go separate to the rest.

I would say around $6k. That's about a $2k premium over a standard one, but you never get mod money back when you sell a car. It's nice though.

TIKFD6, Yeah I'm in Townsville. Move on up and add this one to your collection. ;) Would rather see it end up in the hands of someone who'll treat it right.
JC, Thanks. Would love to keep it really but with the XR8 in the stable I can't really justify it. Plus I need a 4WD for other activites. I know I won't get my money back on the mods, otherwise I'd have to ask somewhere in the 40k+ bracket. ;) |

Bob i was offered $12000 for mine 2 years ago, it doesnt have a blower but it has alot of other stuff, including brakes.
Id say $10k would honestly be a realistic figure. I have a mate here who is a forums member who bought an ED XR6Turbo from QLD, and paid $12k only last year.
