I am experiencing this after the recent rains too. Couldn't find where it was coming from either.
Did it end up being a rusted spot weld? **** |

Mine is manual and i just got the firewall welded bak up and its still leaking on my right foot. Still havent got around to takin the wiper motor out yet and having a look. It is very annoying but, also worrying that it is probably leaking on some wiring etc.

I see it's been a while since anybody has posted to this thread, but does anybody know where the problem was?
I have an XR6 manual ute (AUII) and have the same problem - but only happens when I'm facing uphill or when I'm in torrential rain. Any more information on this would be much appreciated, Thanks, Nathan. |

no its not all rust... just the spot to the top left, about the size of a 5cent coin... found that under the wipper arms on the drivers side... just put a bit on silicon over it, time will tell if its the only one... was dripping down only the brake pedal only slightly when braking, more when stopped and a heap when going around corners
Cheers Cam ![]()
