Well I saw the website is still down, so I did some digging..May be of no help, but thought I'd look anyway..
I saw that it was with ENOM, whom I have dealt with before so I had a look who purchased the domain from Enom (as they sell to resellers), and found: Domain Provider Lookup aufalcon.com Organization DNbuy inc. Address 267 Glen Abbey drive Courtice, ONTARIO L1e1y6 Phone +1.0000000000 Fax +1.9056978526 dnbuy.com@gmail.com So a quick google search gave me: http://www.dnbuy.net/. So maybe the above email or support@dnbuy.com may help.... If you are trying to contact eNom don't expect much help.. You may already have the info, but thought I'd post anyway

I've sent support@dnbuy about 5 emails now over the last 3 weeks. They havent even bothered to reply as yet.

The support@dnbuy email address is bouncing back. I've sent multiple emails again to their alternative support email address but, surprise surprise, not a single response. Dodgy ************.

yeah, they do look very dodgy, not someone I would've purchased a domain from!

Going through Enom I tried checking the domain, ended up its available on "backorder" or something, got a link to here from it all

I've been in contact with eNom's legal and technical support depts. They have advised me to contact DNBuy to initiate the "redemption process" using the email dnbuy.com@gmail.com.
The email hasn't bounced back yet but they haven't replied in two days either.
