Lift kit for the AU?

Hey guys.
Looks like I might be moving to the beach soon, and instead of going and getting a 4wd, I was thinking of getting the AU raised a few inches, and get some sand tyres. The access to the beach where Im going has always been very sedate, so I thought, why not.
Any options out there, Im not to worried about the car getting trashed, it already gets taken through the sand at the spit, lol.
Any ideas, Im willing to hear them.

AU's came with 4wd-style lift kit from the factory!
they were known internally and to the public as 'standard springs'

I don't see why it couldn't be done!!! Territry suspension conversion? Haha

It would be a fun as car to drive, soft off road ability, mid 14 second 1/4 passes, and comfort of a car!
And Lyndsay, that is a very very true quote. Unfortunately, due to my car retaining factory suspension, 160k's old and all, it sits like SL's in the rear, and Lows in the front, lol.

do what i'm doing to my ute... putting on Maxxis 30×9.5×15 all terrain tyres and can get a 1.5" suspension parts to lift the body.

don't think 30'' will fit front and wont be leagle either. i am looking at same but for my au ute, the RTV had the reverse steering rack like territory and FG's and apparantly you can't lift the au's too high. the highest tyre in qld is 15mm bigger overall diameter so that wont help too much. i was just going to get highest springs posible
