My odometer light has gone out in my EL. I was wondering if any one knows if the colour of the odometer can be changed with a different coloured bulb or does it have to stay orange?? The rest of my dash lights are red and was hopeing to change this to red as well.

Basiclly its not the light that determines its color entirly, there is a piece of coloured card.

My oddometer bulb has blown also, i can only read the K's when the sun shines onto the display. If you get yours working again by changing the globe let me know please, because i want to fix mine also.

all you have to do is remove the orange filter there and grab a red plastic display folder and cut the right size plastic filter and slip that in, keep the same globe...
that's what mine is, mine is for the clock and odo... my lights are off, hence the cluster is not glowing... ![]() |
