Default BA Steering Wheel in ED?

Hey guys, maybe a stupid question but here i go. is it possible to fit a BA steering wheel to a ED XR6 without any mods... exept maybe for a boss kit or something like that.... if so, would it be possible to hook up the pre existing cruise control to the BA wheel? thanks in advance : )

I believe that hooking up the pre-existing cruise control to BA buttons would be do-able, but the "guts" of the steering wheels (spline-matching the EB column to the BA wheel's, umm, spline ring thingy) are completely different.
