Hi guys and girls,
i am looking at putting a set of the FPV Dark Agent rims onto my AU 1 and was looking at the 20" copies. Will there be any problems in doing this like camber etc, apart from the scraping at full lock going up a gutter haha? ![]() PS: my Au has ultralow springs in front and superlow in back, and sits dead flat |

The only problem I had with 19's is that the wheels ruined the gaurd if I
hit a bump with the wheel turned. But rolling the gaurds should fix that problem.

I have superlow fronts and super low rears in my ute and had no issue running 20x8.5's. No scrubbing on full lock and no issue's with clearance

I had 22"s for a weekend on mine. With superlows all round and extraweight in the boot I scrubbed out on the front gaurds and bang's the tyre's against the Guards at the back. You're best bet is to go down and get the company to try them on for you and if there isn't enough clearance then get them to roll you're guards for you!.

just do it... it's really no big deal... i've had both 19's and 20's..
with nice stiff suspension you wont hit the guards anyway..even with a full load..

With 20s, you may be limited to 225s on the front though, depending on what profile tyre you get, or you may rub on the upper control arm knuckle.

Nah I wasn't there, they have some on thier computers at work, next time I go in I'll upload them onto a USB... . It was back in 07' when I was working with them. So I had to take the Combo wagon home. ... Your probbaly right. It was probably 20's on the front and 22's on the back. I was just told they used 22's. They were ugly Gmax though black/chrome lip.

As for rolling the guards, I did then myself with a hammer and a small block of wood. Sounds brutal, but it wasn't that bad. I couldn't even turn into a driveway without the tread-block grabbing the inside lip and folding it down. On the plus side, it showed me exactly where the guard needed to be rolled. As for the rear, well mine is a ute, so I didn't need to roll them.

20s fit NO WORRIES on my AU Lane
they hit the front guards when you turn and hit BIG bumps etc but getting guards rolled fixes that get 245/30R20 tyres(nankang and falken 452's are available in this size) camber is an issue (at least on IRS cars when lowered alot)
