Our 2011 ford focus only has the power button and volume working on the stereo, nothing else works! Has any one else had this issue?

Nope, that's pretty weird. Tried disconnecting it from battery for a while and see what happens?

I had a problem like this with my LV Focus, it turned out to be the car battery. Cranking voltage is checked by the car, if the battery is not up to it, the radio is the first thing to show issues.
