Default Wheel bearing?

My car seems to be never ending problems at the moment its unbelievable. Had a noise front left hand side went to the mechanic today and its a front left hand side wheel bearing. Didnt get him to do it thought i would give it a go by myself. Can anyone give me any info on how i go about changing it?
Thanx

LOL.... Front: move caliper, take off cover, unbolt, slide off, take out bearing, grease up new bearing sufficiently, replace. Don't know how accurate this is or how tight to do it up the bolt though.

Take wheel off, remove bearing dust cap with a screwdriver, remove brake caliper attaching bolts, remove and tie the caliper up, remove wheel bearing nut split pin and nut, remove the wheel bearing washer and wheel bearing, slide the rotor off, remove the bearing seal from inner bearing, remove inner bearing.

Reverse to install. Make sure you pack the bearings with new grease and do the nut upto 30 nm then back off and redo to just a bit tighter than finger tight.

make sure u inspect the cones inside the rotor mate, look for heat spots or wear. if u got new cones knock the cones out with a punch and hammer from the back. when istalling the cone be sure to knock em in evenly and not damage the outer edge, then pack your bearings chuck em in and tighten the nut. best way to do it is use a 12" cresent, tighten it up real tight, spin the rotor coupla times then back the nut off and use the weight of the 12" cresent to judge ur tightness. might need to do it a lil more to line up the locking nut though. then dust cap, wheel on and ur off, mayaswell do both sides whiel ur there, or if u short of doe just repack ur old ones on the other side
