Default EB springs into XF

Hi all,

A mate of mine got some EB springs out of an XR8 (equiv of lows) and wants to put them in his XF. Is this do-able, or do the springs seat differently in the respective models? (ie are the springs compatible?)

The consensus is that rears are and fronts are not.

simple answer is rears yes fronts no...
completley different front suspension arangement....

dave tell your mate that i got some springs that will fit that baby and some all round new shocks too the spring's are lower'd too probally lower then low's tho
